Kitten’s Cozy Creations : Sweet Songbird Bundle

The Sweet Songbird Bundle is one of the cutest bundles StampinUp has had in a long time. The bundle was carried over to the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog. The little bird is quite versatile when you change the papers to make what you want. It’s easy to use with the punch that is included in the bundle.

MEASUREMENTS

Base – 8 ½ x 5 ½, scored at 1 and 2 1/8 on both long sides. Fold and burnish. Side Panel Card Stock – 2 x 5 ½ (cut 2) Designer Series Paper- 1 ¾ x 5 ¼ Inside panel was cut using the largest die from the Scalloped Contour Dies.

INSTRUCTIONS

Attach the DSP panels to the card stock panels centering them. Using adhesive, attach the panels to the outside edges of the folded card base. Stamp the bird on your choice of Designer Series Paper, cut it out using the punch. Punch out the wing, breast and been using your choice of 2022 – 2024 In Color glimmer paper.

Using adhesive, attach all pieces of the bird. Stamp the eyes. Stamp the nest on Crumb Cake card stock with Early Espresso ink followed by Soft Suede offset if the second stamp. Cut out the nest. Stamp the tree limb, leaves and sentiment onto the center panel. Glue the bird onto the panel then using dimensionals on the branch. Using a strip of card stock, 1 x 9 form a belly and. Using the Decorative Punch punch out in basic white card stock. Stamp your sentiment, and any other items you want. Add embellishments to the belly and front. You can also use small black dots to cover the stamped eyes.
